You supply the initial image
A place, a person, a moment — a photograph, a sketch, or a description. Whatever holds the feeling you want in the work.
The Vision Session (free)
Ivy talks it through with you: size, subject, feeling. No charge. No obligation. She works to understand what the painting is for before she touches canvas.
A contract is presented
A written description of the work — size, subject, feeling, and timeline. You read it, agree, and sign off. Nothing begins without your approval.
A deposit holds your time slot
The deposit reserves your place in the schedule — it does not start the work. It protects your slot while Ivy finishes current commissions.
Progress photos as it's painted
You stay close to the work. Ivy shares photos at key stages so you can see the painting develop before it arrives.
Final approval, then the balance, then delivery
You approve the finished work. The balance is due. The painting is delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity — one original, existing once.
The price is for the original painting on canvas. Framing and shipping are arranged separately — the work is never framed and never included.
